Behind every DISCHER device is a team of specialists with a common goal:

OUR MANUFACTURING
In our facility, SLS 3D printing processes, robot and fiber laser systems, and CNC-supported machines work hand in hand with experienced specialists who know when a standard solution is sufficient and when it is not.

QUALITY MADE IN HAAN
Our products are created where quality is measurable: in our manufacturing facility in Haan. Here, we test every device before it leaves production, using the same know-how that Josef and Rosemarie Discher put into the very first machine.

With entrepreneurial spirit, courage, and a clear vision, Josef and Rosemarie Discher founded DISCHER Technik. What began in the basement of their home is today a company with over 20,000 systems in use worldwide.
Managing Director
1993 – present
Olaf Discher continued to lead the company in the second generation, developing DISCHER Technik into an internationally active medical technology company and winning the NRW Quality Prize as well as the Grand Prix of Medium-Sized Enterprises.
3rd Generation

As the third generation, Miron Discher is shaping the future of DISCHER Technik with new ideas, a digital mindset, and the ambition to continue the course of success sustainably.
