Questions & Answers
Calligator can be used depending on water quality, degree of hardness, and area of application. Before use, it should be checked which water values are present on-site and which dosage is appropriate for the respective operation.
The dosage is matched to the existing water quality and the needs of the device. Factors such as water hardness, intensity of use, and operating conditions are included in the setting.
Calligator is a slightly acidic rinse aid and is used for descaling our devices. It helps to reduce lime deposits and support the proper functioning of the equipment.
Yes, depending on consumption and intensity of use, Calligator must be checked regularly and replaced if necessary. The intervals depend on the operation, the water quality, and the set dosage.
The system monitors consumption automatically. First, a notice appears. If the permitted rinsing cycle range is exceeded, a fault follows with a reference to the expiration of the permitted rinsing cycles. Additionally, a physical measurement of the flow takes place so that every system reliably detects the demand.
The dosage is set by trained specialist personnel during commissioning or maintenance. This allows the system to be set up to match the water quality and usage on-site.
