About the Position:

Manufacturing and processing of metal components
Working with modern machines and tools
Assembling and joining components and structures
Reading and implementing technical drawings
Welding, drilling, grinding, and assembly
Quality control of manufactured workpieces
Getting to know various departments and production areas

Delivery and professional installation of our products at customer sites
Safe loading and unloading of the delivery vehicle
Independent execution of your assignments – primarily in hospitals, nursing homes, and care facilities
Friendly and competent interaction with our customers
Careful inspection of installed products and documentation of work

Your Profile:

Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or comparable qualification
Also welcome: career changers with strong manual dexterity and technical understanding
Class B driver’s license
Quick comprehension, reliable, independent, and meticulous work ethic

Optimal maintenance of existing customers to place additional Discher products
Planning visits to existing customers and acquiring new customers based on economic aspects
Needs assessment and consulting for customers and prospects
On-site inspection of premises and preparation of corresponding measurements
Documentation of all negotiation and meeting results
Customer satisfaction surveys
Quote follow-up
Market analysis and monitoring of current developments
Participation in trade fairs, congresses, conferences, and similar events

Your Profile:

You have completed commercial training,
Ideally, you already have experience in outside sales
You are proficient in using modern office communication systems (MS Office)
You enjoy traveling and working with people
You are open, eloquent, and persuasive with arguments
You are assertive yet always diplomatic
You have organizational talent and can effectively prepare your schedule
You have a very good technical understanding
You live in the assigned sales territory
